
"Clandestino Milano" is our restaurant at Maison Moschino, where exquisite cooking meets surreal playfulness – a creative marriage made in kitchen heaven.
In 1984, our chef Moreno Cedroni started cooking traditional sea food and pizzas in a little restaurant on Senigallia beach. 11 years later, he met with kitchen superstar Ferran Adrià, and realised that "everything could be dared".
And dare he does. Following the success of his experiments with Italian sushi at the Clandestino Susci Bar in Portonovo, we asked the now-famous restaurateur to migrate and update that project to the metropolis of Milan and Maison Moschino.
Irony and linguistic games are two of the ingredients in Cedroni's unusual creations – a menu filled with monochromatic sushi dishes that add a bit of humour to your breakfast, lunch, or aperitif. Critics are unanimous in their praise of Clandestino Milano, which serves unusual creations based on fresh products to satisfy the most demanding palates: delicious pasta, meat, and seafood accompanied by fine French and Italian wines, rums, and fruit liqueurs.
The restaurant Clandestino Milano is open from 12.30am to 2.30pm and from 7.30pm to 10.30 pm, everyday except on mondya nights. Room service is available from 7 am until midnight. Saturdays and sundays brunch is available until 2.30 pm.

LUNCH
For lunch, informal dishes like salads with raw tuna, with chicken or buffalo ovolinas accompanied by delicious and unusual Made in Italy foods and ingredients. Rich sandwiches and French breads, tasty hot or cold pastas.
The aperitifs menu for the afternoon is based on finger-food dishes with raw king prawns and pata-negra combined with different cups of sparkle and white wines.
